Photography is Emotion

My wedding photography focuses on capturing the candid, fleeting emotions that make each celebration memorable. I aim to preserve genuine smiles, joyful tears, and intimate glances in their most natural form.

Shooting on film is one of my own personal joys, and I would be happy to extend that timeless feeling of nostalgia and character to your wedding gallery.

Still photography may be our greatest medium to freeze time and preserve a memory, but video can supplement that memory with storytelling context.

Some Kind Words

Billy brought such a personal and thoughtful touch to our wedding experience. He reached out proactively during the planning process to make sure everything was set for the big day, offering helpful input and flexibility that made us feel completely at ease. On the wedding day, both Billy and Katie were absolutely amazing.

Everywhere I turned he was right there catching every moment. His style is exactly what we wanted and his energy ensured we had a great time during the photo shoots. All of our guests keep complimenting not only his work but him as a person as well.

Of all of our vendors, Billy and his second shooter, Katie absolutely stole the show. Guests were raving all night! They were such a joy to work with that it felt as if they were guests at our wedding who happened to be capturing the moment.

I. The First step

Check my availability and fill out the contact form. Let me know where the venue is, how many guests, any special arrangements and let's schedule a consultation to go over your plans for the day.

II. Tell me all about it

Let's get to know each other. I want to learn about your love story. Tell me what matters most to you on your wedding day. With this information I will put together and review a timeline with you.

III. Reserve the date

After we iron out the details, we sign the contract, collect the retainer and schedule the engagement session if you booked one. The engagement session is a great opportunity to see how I work and get comfortable in front of a camera.

IV. Planning and anticipation

The date is set. I'm available to plan out any specific parts of the day. Feel free to reach out anytime with questions or to ask for my perspective. Your wedding is special to me too, and I'm excited to be part of it!

V. Wedding Day

I show up early and get to work. I'm looking for moments of emotion and connection throughout the day. I shoot in an unobtrusive manner but will guide you where needed. Your job is to enjoy the big day.
